Advocate Kgomotso Moroka is a practicing advocate who took Silk in 2005. She is a member of the Johannesburg Society of Advocates and an immediate past executive committee member of the General Council of the Bar (GCB). She also served as Chairman of the Johannesburg branch of the Advocates for Transformation. From 1993 to 2009, Moroka served as a member of the Judicial Services Commission. She currently serves as Chairman of the Nation Legal Forum in terms of the Legal Practice Act.

Lindani started his career at AngloGold and later moved to Anglo American Platinum as a Production Manager.

Lindani was part of the team that drafted the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act.
